Experts recommend that they be dressed at the sunniest hours (12 pm-4pm) of the day, either with relatively thick fabric clothing or with clothing specially designed to protect from the sun.
Today, there are indeed all kinds of anti-UV clothing, which are particularly useful for going to the beach, playing outside, etc. Even if the best solution remains to keep as much as possible in the shade.

It is also advisable to put sunscreens for the exposed parts; this responsible attitude of the parents helps to give the children good habits for their future adult life.
