Gum graft: what results?

In the end, what are the results of a gum transplant? Does the operation succeed every time? It is estimated that the rate of failure of a gum graft is 20%. That said, do not despair. In case of failure, we can start again. Twice, usually. No more (because of the patient's crush!).

In 80% of cases, the transplant is effective. It will allow you to save your threatened teeth and find a pleasant smile.

The gum transplant is not supported by the Health Insurance (you will be refunded the price of a descaling!). It will cost you, depending on the practitioner and depending on your region: between 400 and 1000 euros.
