Indication

Proposed in orthostatic hypotension.

Dosage EFFORTIL 0.75 g / 100 mL Oral solution in drops 30 ml dropper bottle

20 to 25 drops 3 times a day.

Against indications

This medicine MUST NEVER BE USED in case of:

· Coronary insufficiency;

· Rhythm disorders (especially ventricular);

Obstructive cardiomyopathy

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients;

· Hyperthyroidism;

· High blood pressure

Pheochromocytoma;

· Closed-angle glaucoma;

Hypotension with hypertensive reaction to standing

· Decompensated heart failure;

Cardiac valve stenosis or aortic stenosis;

· Prostatic hypertrophy with retention of urine,

· In association with indirect sympathomimetics.

Adverse effects Effortil

Adverse events were classified according to their frequency using the following classification:

Very common (≥1 / 10) frequent (≥1 / 100 to <1/10); uncommon (≥1 / 1000 to <1/100); rare (≥1 / 10, 000 to <1/1000); very rare (<1 / 10, 000).

Within each frequency group, adverse effects are presented in descending order of severity.

Immune system disorders:

Not known: Hypersensitivity including anaphylactic reactions and bronchospasm.

Psychiatric disorders:

Uncommon: Anxiety, insomnia.

Nervous system disorders:

Common: Headache

Uncommon: Trembling, agitation.

Affected ear and labyrinth:

Uncommon: Dizziness

Heart conditions:

Uncommon: Palpitations, arrhythmia, tachycardia.

Not known: Angina, increased blood pressure.

Vascular disorders:

Frequency not known: Flushes.

Gastrointestinal disorders:

Uncommon: Nausea.

General disorders and administration site defects:

Not known: Hyperhidrosis.
