Indication

Against indications

CONTRAINDICATED:
In case of intercurrent infectious disease or asthma attack, wait for the cure to practice the injection.
The slightest suspicion of systemic vasculitis or periarteritis nodosa is a formal contraindication.
Asad extracts can not be used for diagnosis.
Way IV
NOT RECOMMENDED :
Beta-blocker therapy is a relative contraindication, as shock, if it occurs, is more severe and difficult to control.

Adverse effects Asad Pollen 5 Grasses Delay

- Locoregional reaction exceeding 7 to 8 cm in diameter.
- Syndromic reaction with reappearance or worsening of symptoms (asthma, rhinitis, etc.) within hours of injection.
- Febrile general reaction which must make consider the stop of the sensitization.
Anaphylactic shock: Although exceptional, its particular gravity must always be borne in mind when an injection is made. Its treatment in adults, is the injection in deep SC of 0.5ml epinephrine 1/1000 (0.5 mg) to renew if necessary fifteen to thirty minutes later. Symptomatic treatments with aerosolized or injected beta-stimulants, antihistamines or injectable corticosteroids should not delay adrenaline injection in severe anaphylactic shock.
- Acute pharyngeal edema: make 2 to 4 sprays of adrenaline (Dyspne-Inhal).
