Antioxidants, what is it?

Antioxidants are molecules that prevent the oxidation of certain chemicals, and thus limit the production of free radicals, the latter can "spoil" our cells, if they are in excess in our body.

Antioxidants, also called "free antiradicals" have many virtues to protect the health, the body. They usually have a preventive action, and that's why we talk about it!
