Local treatment of nail fungus infections of the hands and feet.
Dosage AMYCOR ONYCHOSET Ointment Tube (with scraper and 20 dressings) of 10 g
Apply once a day to the infected nail the necessary amount of AMYCOR ONYCHOSET Ointment to cover the entire nail. Hold in place under occlusive dressing for 24 hours.
After removing the dressing and before each renewal, bathe the nail in warm water and remove the softened part with the scraper. Repeat the application of AMYCOR ONYCHOSET every 24 hours until complete removal of the pathological nail. Depending on the extent of the injury and the thickness of the nail, 1 to 3 weeks of treatment are required.
AMYCOR ONYCHOSET only acts on the pathological nail and has no effect on healthy areas.
After removal of the fingernail, the antifungal treatment should be continued by the daily application of AMYCOR 1% cream for 4 to 8 weeks.
Hypersensitivity to an antimycotic imidazole group or a component of the ointment.
NOT RECOMMENDED :
Pregnancy: Although no teratogenic effects have been observed in animal studies, it is recommended that this product not be administered during the first trimester of pregnancy.
Adverse effects Amycor Onychoset
Some signs of local irritation (redness, irritation, maceration, desquamation) and dyshidrosis have been reported, most often moderate and transient; they spontaneously give up when the treatment is stopped.
Possibility of allergy including lanolin or adhesive bandage.
