Dosage AMINOMIX 2 IV Injectable Solution for Infusion IV 2000 ml Bicomponent Bag
CENTRAL VENOUS PATHWAY.
It is a function of the level of nitrogen catabolism (estimated or measured) of the patient.
The average dosage in adults is 20 to 40 ml / kg / day.
For a patient of 60 kg the average dosage is 1200 to 2400 ml / day (ie an hourly flow of 50 to 100 ml).
Which corresponds to :
144 to 290 g of glucose per day,
60 to 120 g of amino acids (ie 10 to 20 g of nitrogen per day).
The dose administered should not exceed: 40 ml / kg / day which corresponds to:
4.8 g / kg / day of glucose,
- 2 g / kg / day of amino acids (ie 0.33 g / kg / day of nitrogen).
- Premature newborn.
Due to the lack of data, it is best not to administer AMINOMIX 2 either during pregnancy or during breastfeeding.
NOT RECOMMENDED :
The administration of carbohydrates is not recommended in cases of lactic acidosis.
Adverse effects Aminomix 2
