Dosage ADAPALENE ZENTIVA 0.1% Gel for local application Tube of 30 g
Apply the value of a gel pea by spreading it over the acne lesions by avoiding the eyes and lips, once a day before bedtime after washing and thoroughly drying the skin.
The clinical improvement should be visible after 4 to 8 weeks of treatment, with a clear improvement after 3 months of treatment. The tolerance of adapalene gel has been demonstrated over a period of 6 months of treatment. It is recommended to evaluate the improvement of the patient after 3 months of treatment.
If the treatment is stopped or the frequency of application decreases due to irritation, the rate of application can be resumed or increased according to the patient's tolerance to treatment.
An increase in the amounts applied would neither improve the activity nor the speed of action of the product but could cause redness, peeling and discomfort.
Hypersensitivity to the active substance (Adapalene) or to any of the excipients.
Adapalene Zentiva Adverse Effects
Reversible skin irritation may occur, disappearing when treatment is discontinued or applications are spaced apart. A feeling of warmth or a slight tingling may occur after application.
