If you want to get rid of this addiction quickly, opt for a behavioral and cognitive therapy (CBT), whose effectiveness in this disorder has been demonstrated. Other psychotherapies, close to CBT, can be interesting in compulsive shopping: motivational therapy, ACT, or mindfulness. On the other hand, if you prefer to think deeply about why you are frail and if long-term therapy does not scare you, you may start psychoanalysis or related therapy. Do not hesitate to take a tour on the side of a hypnotherapist, with confirmed training, who can teach exercises to practice oneself in case of crisis ...

Psychotherapy will be a help to find a blooming, main target of the outflow path dependencies. But do not forget: the main help must come from yourself, by your motivation and the personal means you put in place to get out of it.
